What makes Ronda unique?

01
WE'RE IN THIS TOGETHER

We provide loans to companies using our own resources.
Once we have verified their solvency and payment history,
we may also offer the opportunity for small investors
to participate in these loans.

02
SAFELY AND SECURELY

Each loan is secured by real estate with a
LTV of up to 80% (similar to collateral used by banks).
We take properties located in attractive areas,
most commonly in large cities, as collateral.

100% reliability

ON THE SAME BOATTOGETHER FOR 5 YEARS

FAQ

Why do you require proof of identity and a selfie during registration?
Reading Time: < 1 minute

Verification of identity is required by law. It is necessary to prevent money laundering, similar to the process of proving one’s identity in banks. In its modern form, this verification can be done not only by presenting a physical ID document but also online using a smartphone, computer, or tablet, along with a selfie and a photo of the ID document. Both the law and we are equally mindful of ensuring the subsequent protection of your personal data.

What risks are associated with investing?
Reading Time: < 1 minute

Although these are investments in business loans, the value of the collateral always significantly exceeds the total loan amount. The Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio typically ranges from 50-70%. RONDA INVEST thoroughly evaluates the properties used as collateral for the loans.

We prefer locations near regional cities, and only a small portion of financing requests ultimately pass through the approval process.

Therefore, investments with RONDA INVEST are very conservative in terms of risk.

Are there any fees associated with the investment? Are taxes deducted from it?
Reading Time: < 1 minute

There are no entry or regular fees associated with investments at RONDA INVEST.

According to the law, it is necessary to declare your investment income and pay taxes on it once a year. However, we can assist you easily with the preparation of the necessary documents.

You can find instructions and explanations on how to handle the taxation of investments HERE.

The calculator calculation is based on a model example of a one-time repayment loan investment (full principal repayment at the end of the loan term). Returns are paid to investors monthly, and the calculator does not consider reinvestment. The actual performance of the investment may differ from the model example. It represents gross yield, subject to taxation. At RONDA INVEST, there are no entry fees or regular fees.
